it is under a 10 minute walk to our beach!

Driving Directions to Michigan City

While there are many routes to the cottage, we recommend that on your first time to Michigan City, you take US 421/Franklin St. because it is the main drag and will help orient you to town. At exit 34 on Interstate 94, take the northbound ramp to US 421. Head north for several miles until Franklin St. ends at 4th Street. Turn right on 4th St.
At the stop sign, turn left on Pine St. and continue straight through the light. Follow the curves and cross the bridge. After the bridge, follow the road to the right as it becomes Lake Shore Drive. The park and beach will be on the left and the zoo will be on your right.
