Payment
Your reservation is secured upon our receipt of signed rental contract and full payment of rent, cleaning fee
and security deposit.
Security Deposit*
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during your stay. Your deposit refund will be mailed within 2 weeks after departure together with a statement showing charges, if any, made against such deposit. Deposits will be returned in full, provided there has been no property damage beyond normal wear and tear or the need for excessive cleaning or any furnishings missing. Failure
to return keys will result in a charge of $50.00.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation more than 21 days prior
to your arrival date, we will refund 100% of your payment.
If the cancellation is less than 21 days from your arrival
date, we will refund your security deposit and cleaning fee, however your rent will only be refunded if a replacement tenancy can be found.
Restrictions
As a condition of your stay, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the cottage, bringing pets or having fires, fireworks or parties. Violation of any of these conditions
will be grounds for loss of security deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodations to those
under the age of 25 without adult supervision.
